Pregnancy   What do I do now?

Don't panic. If you think or know that you are pregnant, there are many people who can help you whether you are with a partner or by yourself. You could talk with a parent, relative, teacher or youth leader. You could also speak to your GP, local Midwife, Health Visitor or Voluntary Organisation in complete confidence.

If you are pregnant, you should be referred to the hospital or local ante-natal clinic where you can gets lots of advice and support for yourself and your baby. If you think that you might not want to continue with the pregnancy, advice is available from a number of organisations including :
