This booklet explains the importance of having a check up at a Genito Urinary Medicine (GUM) clinic and what happens at the clinic. It highlights the symptoms of some of the most common sexually transmitted infections and provides contact details for the four GUM clinics in Northern Ireland.

The Southern Area Health Promotion Department (SAHPD) keeps a number of the sexual health leaflets produced by the Family Planning Association (fpa). Titles include:
